Had an amazing group vacation! The thermal baths were so relaxing, and we also hit the slopes for some fun snow sports. The staff was friendly, and everything felt super comfortable. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant—delicious food! Just keep in mind that the checkout time is strict, so plan accordingly.

We wanted a late checkout to enjoy the room after skiing, but they only allowed one extra hour.

Stunning mountain views from the hotel.

We faced several issues during our stay. The bathtub in our room didn't hold water, which was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, I felt the thermal baths could have been warmer—visiting in May left us shivering during our soak. Overall, these inconveniences really detracted from our experience.

We had an amazing time exploring the Winter Wonderland! The thermal baths were invigorating, and our family loved skiing together in Vals. The spacious rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond, like suggesting I take extra breakfast goodies to go.
